International Geographical Union - Young and Early Career Geographers Task Force에서 Young and Early Career Geographers Working Group on Geography and Sustainability (YECG-GeoSus) 구성원을 모집하고자 하고 있습니다(모집 마감일은 2021년 7월 10일입니다). 관심 있으신 분들은 아래 정보와 첨부 파일을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

We are pleased to bring to your attention the news of the founding of the Young and Early Career Geographers Working Group on Geography and Sustainability (YECG-GeoSus), co-organized by IGUYECG (International Geographical Union - Young and Early Career Geographers Task Force) and IGU-GFE (International Geographical Union - Geography for Future Earth: Coupled Human-Earth Systems for Sustainability).

Through our activities aimed at promoting, coordinating and supporting geographic research and education in an integrated and sustainable perspective, we want to expand our work team with young geographers (such as PhD students, post-doc students/researchers within their first 6 years after obtaining the title of PhD).

In order to reach young geographers from as many areas of geographical interest as possible, we kindly ask for your support in disseminating the information about the YECG-GeoSus working group establishment to all those who may wish to join us, by sending the documents of this call for members to your research teams and partner universities and institutions, members of your commissions, and geography students who may be interested.

The call for members will be open until 10 July 2021. The documents required for applying are mentioned in the attached flyer and can be sent for review to YECG - GeoSus Working Group e-mail address: yecg.geosus@gmail.com

Thank you very much for your support and, as our group of young geographers expands, we hope to have the opportunity to collaborate in various training and mentoring activities, as well as in organizing geographic events, either online or in physical format.
